Iran is evil!

Iran is an evil country full of hate and murder and war. This is not a country that America should be negotiating with or making agreements. This country is the enemy of all that America stands for. Pray for our Congress that they will stop the wicked deal and never go back to the negotiating table until Iran changes it's ways. Iran is evil!

9-10-2015      Luke 9:2

S.       2 And he sent them to preach the kingdom of God, and to heal the sick.

O.      Two assignments:  the Kingdom and healing.

A.      Preaching the Kingdom of God is easy to accept compared to healing the sick. I must seek to do this ministry as well as the preaching.

P.       Father; increase my faith for the ministry of healing. I renounce all doubt, fear and worry from my mind and claim this faith to heal. Amen.

Fearful Preachers

Why are so many people deceived? Why do they run after sin? I think it will be laid at the feet of the preacher, the preacher that waters down the word of God. When we preach the truth we will NOT be popular, we will NOT have the praise of man, we will NOT be the darling of the sinner, he will HATE us. I am looking at my responsibility in this matter and I will repent and turn to the only one who can set me on the right path. Pray for me, you that love me, because I am stepping into a proper place before God.........I will call sin, SIN, and I will not weaken the message any longer. 

6-30-2015      Luke 6:17-19

S.       17 And he came down with them, and stood in the plain, and the company of his disciples, and a great multitude of people out of all Judaea and Jerusalem, and from the sea coast of Tyre and Sidon, which came to hear him, and to be healed of their diseases; 18 And they that were vexed with unclean spirits: and they were healed. 19 And the whole multitude sought to touch him: for there went virtue out of him, and healed them all.

O.      Jesus heals the sick, diseased and those with unclean spirits.

A.      Ministering to sick people is an important part of the ministry. I know that God can heal, cleanse and set the captive free. Many people today have a spirit of infirmity and need to be set free. I must be led by God’s gift of discernment to recognize the difference between sickness and spiritual infirmity.

P.       Father; open my eyes to the real problems of life and fill me with courage to speak the truth, in love, to each person I minister to today, Amen.  

child of your Father!!!!!!

When we wear the name Christian we are claiming to be a part of God's covenant between God and man. I wish that some of you would read the part of the word that says "Let no evil communication proceed out of your mouth". On Facebook I see praise to God one post and sinful communication on the next......friends.....this should not happen. Either you are in covenant with God or you are in covenant with the devil......can't have both. I tell you this not to condemn you but because I love you and don't want you to be cast aside (with the goats) on judgement day.

6-19-2015      Luke 5:12-15

S.       12And it came to pass, when he was in a certain city, behold a man full of leprosy: who seeing Jesus fell on his face, and besought him, saying, Lord, if thou wilt, thou canst make me clean. 13And he put forth his hand, and touched him, saying, I will: be thou clean. And immediately the leprosy departed from him.14And he charged him to tell no man: but go, and shew thyself to the priest, and offer for thy cleansing, according as Moses commanded, for a testimony unto them.15But so much the more went there a fame abroad of him: and great multitudes came together to hear, and to be healed by him of their infirmities.

O.      Jesus heals leprosy and directs the one healed to honor the Law of Moses.

A.      We must obey God’s laws if we expect to walk in covenant with him. To disobey is to sin and if we sin then satan is our father. 1 John 3:8

   
     P.       Father; I submit myself to you completely, body, mind and spirit. Amen. 

Being Judged?

Why are people so afraid of being Judged? What could be so evil or dangerous living inside folks that they have a phobia of it being brought to light? I welcome judgement, in fact, I judge myself every day. I judge that I am useless and ignorant and need God to aid me in every aspect of life. If God is powerful enough to erase my sin and clean my record at an alter of repentance then he is powerful enough to keep me holy! I will put my life in his hands, trust his advice, obey his commands and with his help thrive. Only people with something to hide are afraid of being judged.

9-16-2014      Mark 2:1-4

S.       1 And again he entered into Capernaum after some days; and it was noised that he was in the house.2 And straightway many were gathered together, insomuch that there was no room to receive them, no, not so much as about the door: and he preached the word unto them.3 And they come unto him, bringing one sick of the palsy, which was borne of four.4 And when they could not come nigh unto him for the press, they uncovered the roof where he was: and when they had broken it up, they let down the bed wherein the sick of the palsy lay.

O.      As Jesus is preaching to a crowded houseful four men brought a sick man to be healed. The house was too full to enter so the men opened the roof and lowered the sick man down to where Jesus was preaching.

A.      Extra effort may be required to bring people into the presence of Jesus. We must be willing to press on and overcome any obstacles.

P.       Father; strengthen my resolve and undergird my tenacity to overcome. Reveal the alternate methods that I might use to reach people in difficult circumstances and lead them to you. Amen.
